All-on-4 Dental Implantis a fixed prosthesis that allows all teeth in the upper or lower jaw to be restored with a fixed prosthesis. With 4 implants is a special treatment method. This system is a comfortable and fast solution that can be applied even if the jawbone structure is not sufficient, especially in edentulous patients or people whose existing teeth need to be extracted.

In this method, two implants are placed perpendicularly in the anterior region and the other two implants are placed at an angle in the posterior region, creating a durable foundation for a fixed bridge prosthesis.

Phase 1 - Inspection and Planning:
The patient's intraoral condition is evaluated, the jawbone is analyzed with digital imaging techniques and an implant placement plan is prepared.

Stage 2 - Placement of Implants:
4 implants are placed in the jawbone under local anesthesia. If necessary, tooth extraction can be performed in the same session.

Stage 3 - Temporary Prosthesis Application:
On the same day or within 1-2 days, a temporary fixed prosthesis is placed and the patient can return to his/her social life without being toothless.

Stage 4 - Permanent Prosthesis:
After full integration of the implants into the bone (usually 3-4 months), a customized permanent fixed prosthesis is applied.
